Η φόρτωση σιλοφόρου οχήματος από σιλό αποθήκευσης γίνεται γρήγορη και εύκολη με τις τηλεσκοπικές φυσσούνες "Z" του WAMGROUP.

Με την επιλογή φυσσούνας με φίλτρο αποκονίωσης και "anti-waste device", η διεργασία φόρτωσης παραμένει καθαρή, χωρίς εκτόνωση πούδρας/κονιαμάτων ή υπολλείματα χύδην στερεών στο σημείο στάθμευσης του σιλοφόρου οχήματος.

ZG Loading Bellows are ideal for efficient loading of dry, dusty bulk solids into tankers.

A solid connection to a centralised filter unit ensures dust-free operation.

ZG Loading Bellows are used for efficient, dust-controlled loading of dry, dusty bulk solids into tankers. The spouts are provided with inner tapered cones to contain the flow of material and an outer double bellows to provide for dust removal.

At the lower end of the Loading Bellows, a SINT engineering polymer-coated cone with special sealing properties is provided for connection to the tanker.

First the Loading Bellows is lowered from stand-by position towards the inlet spout of the tanker. As soon as the bellows outlet cone settles on the inlet spout of the tanker, the slack cable switch mounted outside the transmission box stops lowering of the bellows. The limit switch inside the transmission box stops both full extension and contraction of the bellows. Material loading starts by opening the silo outlet valve.

During filling of the tanker, the polymer coating of the outlet cone acts as a perfect dust seal. The slack cable switch activates further extension of the bellows as the tanker lowers under the increasing weight of the material. A level control device installed in the centre of the outlet cone signals maximum material level in the tanker compartment and orders immediate closing of the silo outlet valve. Contraction of the bellows back to stand-by position starts after a delay of approximately ten seconds in order to allow the external filter to evacuate the remaining dust. Once the bellows is fully contracted, the cable limit switch inside the transmission box stops operation.

BELLOJET ZA Loading Bellows are used for efficient, dust-controlled loading of dry, dusty bulk solids into tankers. A level monitoring device installed in the centre of the outlet cone signals maximum material level in the tanker compartment and orders immediate closing of the silo outlet valve. Contraction of the bellows back to stand-by position starts after a delay of approximately ten seconds in order to allow the filter to evacuate the remaining dust. Once the bellows is fully contracted, the cable limit switch inside the transmission box stops operation. The preset after shut-down cleaning cycle now provides for additional pulse-jet cleaning of the filter cartridges for another ten minutes.

ZN

ZN Loading Bellows are used for efficient dust controlled loading of dry, non-dusty bulk solids into tankers. The spouts are provided with a single telescopic bellows chute.

At the lower end of the Loading Bellows a sealing cone is provided for connection to the tanker inlet.

ZN Loading Bellows are suitable for discharging non-dusty bulk solids. A dust suction inlet or a material level control system inside the tanker are not provided with this model. Its compact overall dimensions make ZN the perfect choice for use where space is limited.

The TR Loading Bellows Positioner moves loading bellows horizontally when loading trucks or rail cars.

The driver can stop the vehicle in the designated loading area without having to worry about being in the centre of the loading area.

The TR Loading Bellows Positioner consists of a support frame structure with an inlet connecting flange of 300 mm (22”) diameter positioned in its centre.

The frame structure supports a motor-driven hopper underneath, which runs on four wheels on tracks in one-axis horizontal direction.

The hopper is provided with a row of nylon brushes all around the inlet edge. The brushes are pressed against the cover acting as a seal against dust leakage.
